 Description: 1,396 sq. foot addition to an existing 14,070 sq. foot building.  Building addition designed to match existing precast building, also renovations to create a new ADA accessible restroom.

Features:  This project includes sitework, conventionally framed building, interior finish carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC.  Electrical systems by building owner.
Finishes: Precast concrete walls to match existing ballasted single ply EPDM membrane roof, wood and insulated steel doors, relocated and new aluminum windows, carpet, vinyl tile floor, and wallpapered walls.
